Dashcams & Add-ons: 1-year limited warranty.
Memory Cards: 6-month limited warranty.
Consumables: (e.g., tapes, cable clips) Not covered.
Exclusions: Damage due to misuse, unauthorized modifications, or physical damage.

Door Locks

1st Year: Full coverage (parts & labor).
2nd Year: Parts only (customer covers labor & transportation costs).
Exclusions: Damage from improper installation, forceful impact, or unauthorized repairs.

Surveillance Products

1st Year: Full coverage (parts & labor).
2nd Year: Parts only (customer covers labor & transportation costs).
Exclusions: Water damage, improper handling, or installation errors.

How to Claim Warranty Service
